Return Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. Fairy Superfoods offers a 14-day Return Policy. 

We only accept returns that meet all the return requirements: 

• Product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. 
• Must be returned within 14-days of receipt. 
• Must be in original packaging (includes shipping box)

 

If it meets all the above requirements, you can send us an e-mail at: info@fairysuperfoods.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number, name, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a retour form and instructions on how to return the goods. 

Please note that:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, the paid amount will be wired to customer's original payment method.
