Matcha is our all-time favourite superfood! Did you know that 1 cup of matcha tea contains 10x (!) as much antioxidants as 1 cup of regular green tea? This is because with matcha, you consume the entire leaf, instead of steeping the tea leaves in hot water. Also matcha contains (natural) caffeine and provides you a steady flow of energy, meaning no energy crashes or jittery feeling like when you drink coffee! This Matcha smoothie bowl is perfect for the mornings to start your day right. 


This is what you will need:

1 tsp Fairy Superfoods Matcha powder

1 frozen banana

50g coconut yoghurt

50g spinach

1 tsp agave syrup
